1.  Sangeet Bharati provides free practice materials through its own publication (www.sangeet-bharati.org). It is not necessary to use Sangeet Bharati materials and students are free to choose practice and study materials on their own or rely solely on the materials provided by their gurus.

2.  Usage of terms like Vaggeyakara, raga, tala in place of composer, scale, the meter is accepted in sub-junior level but encouraged at junior level. This is not considered for marks, necessary for overall grading from junior level onwards.
