Important Notes
1. Sangeet Bharati provides free practice materials through its own publication (www.sangeet-bharati.org). It is not necessary to use Sangeet Bharati materials and students are free to choose practice and study materials on their own or rely solely on the materials provided by their gurus.
2. The terms like “Vaggeyakara”, “Raga” have no equivalent English words though the words like “composer” and “scale” are inevitably used. For this reason, though not mandatory, we encourage the use of native terms which are predominantly in Sanskrit.

The cost of the Praveshika examination for each practice stream (both Music and Talavadya) is $451 with the following sub-category options.
